✅ Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving the product

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (after delivery)
  • Items bought during sales, discounts, or clearance
  • Customized or personalized items

📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via Phone, WhatsApp, or Email within 3 days of receiving the product
  2. Provide your Order ID and clear photos of the item (if damaged or wrong)
  3. Wait for return approval and further instructions from our support team

💸 Refund Process

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via bKash, Nagad, or your original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are sent to your preferred bKash/Nagad number

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side (damaged/wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost
  • Otherwise, customers will be responsible for the return delivery charge
