- You contact us within 3 days of receiving the product

- Customized or personalized items

- Provide your Order ID and clear photos of the item (if damaged or wrong)
- Wait for return approval and further instructions from our support team
💸 Refund Process
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be issued via bKash, Nagad, or your original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are sent to your preferred bKash/Nagad number
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the issue is from our side (damaged/wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost
- Otherwise, customers will be responsible for the return delivery charge
